ON THE FUTURE

I’m now onto my 13th start-up and as always it's exciting stuff! As with all my other businesses, I either started with a problem that I identified and figured I could solve, or simply spotted a gap in a market.

   
On this occasion I have identified a problem in the Coaching and Mentoring sector in that there are very limited tools, training and support available for Independent Coaches and Mentors who work with Business Owners.

The result is that many Coaches & Mentors find it difficult to create a sustainable and successful Coaching or Mentoring business and they soon stop working in the field or make it a part time affair. That doesn't serve anyone well and I hope to change that.

It’s a unique business model that I'm confident will be attractive to Independent Coaches and Mentors around the world. It will also ensure business owners have access to a larger community of quality Coaches and Mentors to support them in achieving their goals. The business will be called TEN Global - Watch this space.
